Through Homefront Savings, VBRG Realty will rebate 1% of the final purchase price of your home at closing. This rebate can be applied toward closing costs, prepaid expenses, or other allowable settlement charges — helping reduce the overall expense of your move.

• $250,000 Home Purchase

  • 1% rebate = $2,500 savings at closing

• $350,000 Home Purchase

  • 1% rebate = $3,500 savings at closing

​

• $500,000 Home Purchase

  • 1% rebate = $5,000 savings at closing
